JJ Sushi

Excellent service, delicious food, very (Americanized) authentic and fast service. While on vacation, I took my sister and her family out to lunch around their area, they chose sushi, I love sushi, I make sushi all the time at home, so I was A-OK with that, it was a nice place, very organized and professional. We ordered some hors d'oeuvres, Chinese and Japanese food, plus dessert, everything was really delicious (sorry ate the sushi too fast to take a photo lol). Nonetheless, the food is a bit overpriced, but then again everything nowadays is. What I dislike was the mandatory gratuity inserted into your receipt which makes it a service charge, it applies for groups of more than five people, and we were set as more than five people because two babies, which is kind of unfair, as they did not even eat. Anyways, I always think like an European in this matter, if the service is great, we the customer should choose how much to tip, not forced to pay for the employee’s salary, that it’s not fair, if the service or the server has an attitude or they just suck, why should customers be forced to tip, the tip was more than $20, that’s another meal there. Anyways, I give the restaurant five stars because the food was fantastic!

After playing at Legoland, we found this restaurant on the way home. The food there tasted really good! sushi there were way different than I tried other sushi places. The chef offered new dish to us, so tasty! Btw, we loved the stir fried rice there. Sorry no pic cause we finished before we noticed to give it a shot! lol better go and have a try! You’ll love it!

Located near the 215 Fwy off Scott Rd exit, corner of Antelope Rd & Scott Rd in the Walgreens shopping center with plenty of parking. We've been going to JJ's for years now because of their good service, awesome cooks, delicious sushi & Chinese cuisine...the variety is simply amazing! Food is always fresh with excellent presentation. Prices remain competitive, and portions are generous. At the end of your meal, you're served orange slices which leave you satisfied. The restaurant is very clean with nice decor and a big sushi bar. It's definitely a great sushi spot that features delicious Chinese food as well.

Staff is so so nice! The food is realllyyyy good. The avocado maki were really fresh and tasted great. The jalapeno wings are the BEST WINGS I've ever had. I don't like spicy but that was just delicious. I just feel bad for the fish inside the aquarium :(

Had a great experience here with my family. The food was fantastic so was the service and atmosphere. They have a happy hour buy one get one free of certain alcoholic beverages. The sushi was great and fresh, I love a sushi bar where you can see them preparing the sushi right in front of you. And the garlic edamame was one of the best Ive had in a while, definitely coming back here 10/10 highly recommend

Love this place and will keep coming back! Get the jalapeño wings every time and they don’t miss. Staff is really friendly and the service is amazing! If you haven’t already gone, then here is your sign!

This place is great. Lunch specials until 3pm. It’s bigger and nicer inside that it looks like from outside. Good AC and comfortable booths and tables. Huge sushi bar if you prefer that. I can’t say enough about the service. I had Ramen from Japanese menu and Kung Pao from Chinese menu. Neighborhood gem.
